The Polini Original Banana is the further development of the classic Vespa PK exhaust and is also known as the Polini Snail because of its characteristic shape. The 2022 model was extensively revised and features heavy-gauge sheet metal and additional reinforcement.
The exhaust is suitable for the Vespa PK 50 S, PK 50 XL and PK 50 XL2 and is particularly suitable for mildly to extensively tuned engines.
Polini Banana for tuned Vespa PK engines
The Polini Banana allows tuned engines to develop higher overall engine performance and to breathe more freely at higher rpm. It is particularly recommended for engines using a DR 75 cylinder or a larger performance cylinder.

The sportier the engine setup, the greater the potential performance increase provided by the Polini Snail / Banana exhaust.
Improved 2022 version
For the 2022 version, Polini significantly revised the Banana exhaust. The new model features heavy-gauge sheet metal and extensive reinforcement.
The result is an improved exhaust both in terms of its performance characteristics and overall build quality.
