The VMC Ergal 10 Molle is a high-quality CNC clutch for the Vespa Cosa 2, designed particularly for performance-oriented Vespa engines. The clutch basket is made from 7000-series aluminium and hard anodized. With 10 springs, the clutch can be configured for different requirements and engine outputs.

The VMC Ergal 10 Molle combines low weight with a rigid construction and high-quality components. The complete clutch weighs only 1000 g.

CNC basket made from 7000-series aluminium

The clutch basket is CNC-machined from 7000-series aluminium and then hard anodized. Ergal refers to a high-strength aluminium alloy known for its favourable combination of low weight and high strength.

These aluminium alloys are used, among other applications, in motorsport and high-performance components.

10 springs and carbon friction plates

The VMC Ergal 10 Molle uses a 10-spring system. Depending on the desired clutch characteristics, soft, medium and hard springs are available.

Installation note

Please pay attention to the different thicknesses of the friction plates during installation. After disassembly, the friction plates should be installed again in the reverse order.

Correct positioning and installation of the friction plates is essential for optimum clutch operation.
